SHIPPING LEAD TIME

Made-To-Order and custom pieces have a standard shipping lead time of 3–6 weeks.

^*Please note, larger rug sizes can take longer than the quoted time to produce. Our customer service agents will be in touch post order to confirm shipping times.

Rugs that are in stock are delivered within 3-5 business days after shipping.

TRACK MY ORDER

When shipping your order, we will send a confirmation email with your tracking number to confirm that your order has been accepted.

Your order status may take up to one hour to update after your order has been placed.
